Temporary Accounts Assistant
Full time - 40 hours per week

My client, based in Brighton, is recruiting for a temporary Accounts Assistant. This is a full-time position for 3-4 months.

Key tasks:

* Raising sales invoices, credit notes and monitor the receipt of payment
* Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger
* Bank Reconciliation
* General admin duties
* Supporting the Finance Director

Skills Required:

* Knowledge of Xero accountancy system is desirable
* GCSE's in Maths and English A-C
* Good working knowledge of MS Office and computerised financial systems
* Experience raising invoices
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent initiative
