Head of Trust Fundraising (Part Time)
Do you have a proven background in Trust Fundraising and leading a team, this is a maternity cover role up to 10 months and part time. The Company Leading medical research charity The RoleDevelop and implement the three year strategic plan for Trusts Fundraising and effective annual plans that will enable the charity to maximise income and achieve KPIs.Develop and monitor the Trusts Fundraising income and expenditure budget, regularly reporting and analysing performance, making recommendations for change or remedial activity where necessary.Manage and support the Trusts Fundraising team Establish excellent working relationships with existing and potential donors.Liaise with the Research Department to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the projects being funded and to identify appropriate projects to present to potential donors.Regularly research and monitor new target trusts, preparing and submitting applications.Develop and write compelling and persuasive proposals to present to donors The CandidateTrack record of delivering and increasing fundraising income from trusts and foundations particularly in excess of 25k.Experience of developing and managing successful trust fundraising plans and budgets.Experience of researching potential trust supporters.Experience of leading and managing a team.
