Entry requirements

Five GCSE grades C - A * (or 4-9), including Maths and English. Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.

Full job description (including responsibilities)

  • Qualify, nurture and hand off leads that will ultimately result in booked tours.
  • Work with the New Member Development team to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Communicate the WeWork brand and lifestyle to ensure the highest conversion rate of booked and completed tours.
  • Work with automation and customer relationship management platforms to efficiently input data and maintain an organized pipeline of leads.
  • Work towards/maintain 100% building occupancy through achieving booked and completed tour goals.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential new members and provide unmatched customer service to ensure an excellent start to their member experience.

Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Mon-Fri.Two vacancies.

Training and future prospects

Business Administration Advanced Standard fast-track training with WhiteHat.
