Job Title: Unit Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD)

Location: Oswestry, Shropshire

Salary: £30,500- £37,000 per annum (£16 per hour) + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time or part-time hours available

Shifts: Days or Nights available

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Unit Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home based in Oswestry, Shropshire. This bright and airy nursing home is ideally situated close to public transport links, local shops and amenities. The home boasts a warm and welcoming environment and has excellent facilities including cosy lounge areas, a bar and a beautifully landscaped garden.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in their fantastic service in Oswestry, Shropshire. The home provides person-centred care to residents from the age of 18 and above with a range of physical disabilities. This service caters for a range of conditions including head/ brain injury, Huntington's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease and Parkinson's Disease. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to ensure the smooth running of the unit and the highest quality of care is provided. The manager is very flexible and can accommodate both full and part time hours, as well as days, nights or a combination to suit you.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous managerial experience is highly desirable for this position.
