We are searching for Business Analysts who can understand and analyse user and business needs, ensuring outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy.

This is your opportunity to contribute to these objectives and challenges. You would contribute to the link between current and future business models, delivering to the business architecture. You will constructively challenge and act as a critical friend to achieve communication with all stakeholders to support design, build and deliver to meet user needs.
At a Grade 7 level you will be responsible for projects with a high level of complexity with a high degree of uncertainty, large in size, politically sensitive, technically complex, have a large number of stakeholders and often need procedures and methodologies to be adapted to suit unique situations.

- Business Analysis
Please give an example of when you have led the investigation of a significant and complex business problem or opportunity and describe the techniques, methods and standards you adopted in your approach. Explain in your response how you directed the business analysis approach, evaluated information to determine options and recommendations for improved services or business solutions and ensured business engagement at all stakeholder levels.
- Stakeholder Management
Please give an example of when you have developed and managed relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels to clarify, define and validate business needs. Explain in your response how you influenced stakeholders to manage their expectations and resolve differing priorities.
- Requirements analysis
Please give an example of when you have defined and led the delivery of the requirements management approach on a large project or programme of work (under either waterfall methodology or agile delivery frameworks) with a wide range of business stakeholders. Explain in your response how you maintained a strategic perspective and reconciled different stakeholder priorities in order to ensure the delivery of accurate, traceable and business value driven requirements.
